Jasmine Court offers 5 star accommodation in the heart of Picton. Self catering accommodation in sunny, harbour facing studio, 1 & 2 bedroom suites all with ensuite bathroom and kitchette.



Extra guests $20.00 per person
(incl. children aged from 2 years - children under 2 stay Free)
Seasonal rates and minimum stays may apply.

Peak period: 1 October - April 30th. Early bookings are essential during this period. All prices quoted are in NZ dollar and include a government tax - Goods and Services Tax of 15%.

Terms and conditions:

Misrepresentation of the number of persons (including babies) occupying a room will result in cancellation of the booking at check in.

Reception hours: 7.30am till 9.30pm daily, if arriving outside of these hours please contact reception during office hours to make arrangements for the key.

Reservations cancelled within 48-hours of arrival will incurr a cancellation fee equal to one nights accommodation.

Multi night stays which are cut short on arrival may be charged a further nights tariff if the room cannot be relet.

No shows - the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Payment for accommodation is to be made on arrival. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS.

We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period. A request to reduce the length of a stay of an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted.

Damage
Any damage to the room or property will charged at replacement cost, plus loss of income charges if applicable.

Smoking
All our rooms are designated "Smoke free". If you smoke in your unit, then you will be charged appropriate cleaning costs and loss of income charges.

Animals
No pets are permitted on the property.

Check In/ Out times:

Check in is from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10.00am. If you require the room outside these times, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Late check outs will incur a charge of $20.00 per hour or part of unless by prior arrangement.
